Are you Looking to Lose Weight and Get Fit and Healthy?
These are some of the options available to you:
Hire a Personal Trainer: Hiring a Certified Personal Trainer is certainly an
effective way to get fit and healthy! You receive one-on-one personal attention
and a plan developed that is customized for your needs. And we do train MANY clients
in a one-on-one setting. We have some of the best Certified Personal Trainers on the
Coastside at Empowered Fitness. And if that is what you are looking for,

the cost for a Personal Trainer can be up to 4 times more than our Group Training
packages and may be cost prohibitive for some. So unless you have the financial
resources to afford it, Personal Training might not be the best fit for you.
Join a gym:
This option may work for some. But according
to recent statistics, over 65% of gym members rarely show up (once or twice a month). You can be sure that this frequency will NOT get you results. What it will get
