Hello and welcome to Empowered Fitness! I am so excited to have the opportunity to serve our community in a way that has inspired me so deeply for my entire career. Empowered Fitness has been born out of a lot of passion, hard work, laughter, and a few tears along the way as well. But we are here now and I truly hope to be able to make a difference in your life as we take this journey together. My focus is on your health and well-being, period! The programs that we offer provide an exciting and challenging physical component (anyone who’s trained with me in the past knows this won’t be a spa!), real and ongoing education around fitness and nutrition, and accountability for setting and reaching your fitness goals.
